If you ever find yourself in an unfortunate accident don't panic! Just follow the steps below and you can confidently assure yourself that you've done everything you need to do.

1. Clear the road way. Make sure the vehicles are safely off to the side. Move any large piece that may have come off the vehicles from road.

2. If there are any witness to the accident make sure to get their name and phone number so that they can be contacted if there is ever a discrepancy in reporting an accident. It is very useful to always have a pen and pad of paper in your car for this purpose.

3. If possible take pictures of the scene of the accident, even if it's on your camera phone. This can be very important for insurance companies.

4. Exhange Information with the other party. Get the following information:
      -Insurance company and policy #
      -Drivers License, Name, Address and phone number
      -Car Make, Model and Year

5. Call Custom Towing 448-7201 if required and have towed to Apollo Autobody. They'll know the address

6. When you get home call your insurance company and file a claim. Get a claim number and the adjusters name who will be handling your claim. Write everything down on paper so you have it for later reference.

7. Call Lew or Cory at Apollo, 424-9736, and let us take care of the rest:

We will arrange a replacement vehicle for you if required
We will handle getting the estimate and photos to your insurance company
We will repair your vehicle, clean and as good as new.
